Its been a week since I debuted my new car at the CRA South Series Opener at Cordele, GA and we were very pleased with the results. Though we decided against racing it for many different reasons (mainly the extreme lack of sleep due to the rush job of its finishing - lol) the car rolled off the truck nearly flawless in every aspect and by the end of the night everyone involed was wishing we would have raced the car as I feel confident that I could have won the race. Oh well, the car is completed, a check list is made, and it will be seeing a track to race sometime within the next 30 days.

Things at Reaid Motorports have been going very good as well. TJ has really been maturing fast as a driver by showing great restraint, poise and listening skills behind the wheel. Even with the stupid setback with the loose cannon on the racetrack this past weekend at Lanier, our teams performance progress is well ahead of schedule and serves as a strong indicator that our team is going to be very hard to handle as the year wears on.

Finally, CGX (my new shock business) is almost complete and running. The dyno is now up and running and the shock room is almost complete. I am very happy with the organization and professionalism that we have put together with it and feel very confident that we can serve anyones susepension needs at short track racings top level. CGx will be open to the public in the very near future. Pictures of CGX Suspensions will be up on the site very soon.

Off to Anderson, SC with TJ this coming weekend with Dillon, SC the following weekend and then back to Lanier the weekend after that to end our first racing stretch of the season. Like a fine wine... gonna do nothin' but get better with time. Stay tuned for many great things to come.
